OTB is a sex-positive community built around one big idea: adults deserve spaces where they can explore, learn, connect, travel, party, and be unapologetically themselves — with consent, safety, inclusion, and autonomy at the center of it all.

OTB is a proud Coalition Partner of the National Coalition for Sexual Freedom (NCSF), joining a national network advocating for the legal, political, and social rights of consenting adults in alternative sexualities and relationship structures.

About the NCSF →OTB is an Accredited Safer-Sex Play Space. That means consent, ethics, inclusivity, accountability, and safer-sex practices aren't just things we put on a website.
OTB was independently reviewed by a third party for our policies, practices, training, and implementation. Once reviewed, we were given official accreditation by Safer-Sex as a business that meets the standards of trust, respect, integrity, and consent in our play spaces.

OTB is officially IAES Local 918, a chartered Local of the International Association of Ethical Sl*ts. Yep. The Sl*t Union is real. And yep, we joined it. 😏
IAES is a 21+ sex-positive community centered on consent, autonomy, safety, respect, and authentic self-expression. Their Sl*t Union Bill of Rights includes the right to ask for what you want, say no, change your mind, be yourself, and protect your physical and emotional safety.
Consent is the standard. Autonomy is the contract. Respect is the wage.
Queer people aren't an afterthought at OTB. They're part of our community, our leadership, our education, our entertainment, and our events.
We march in Pride every year, create queer-inclusive education and entertainment, host parties specifically celebrating bi men and the people who love them, and every October we take that energy international with Bi Week at Hedonism. 🩷💜💙
